Hayward Gordon was founded in Toronto, Ontario in 1952 by Len Hayward as a distributor of industrial process pumps.  In 1954, John Gordon joined the Company full-time and opened an office in Montreal soon afterward.  Since that time the Company has added locations in Calgary and Vancouver and has evolved into a major Canadian distributor of process equipment as well as an international manufacturer of industrial pumps, mixers, and engineered systems.

With over 58 years in the business of engineering, designing, manufacturing and distribution of pumps, mixers, strainers and filters we offer sound solutions backed by solid experience.

Hayward Gordon has become much more than just a pump and mixer company.  We partner with our customers to become a valued resource and we further provide the ability to integrate process equipment into a fully functional packaged system complete with piping, instrumentation, and controls.

Hayward Gordon’s head office and plant is located in Halton Hills, ON (45 km West of Toronto) in a modern and custom-built 50,000 sq. ft. facility.

Applications Engineering:
Hayward Gordon applications engineers provide a valuable resource to our customers. Their goal is to match process problems with the best and most cost effective pump and mixer solutions. We have industry specialists with over twenty years of direct experience in the application of pumping and mixing equipment. We can often provide information based on prior experience that is industry and application specific to our customers' specific applications.

We strive to provide technical information that is clear and informative and proposals that are professional and complete.

Design Engineering:
Hayward Gordon's engineering team is comprised of an accomplished group of mechanical, hydraulic, and manufacturing engineers. The latest computer aided design technology is employed including solid modeling and computer aided manufacturing (CAM).

Members of our engineering staff have presented conference papers in industries ranging from Mining to Wastewater Treatment.

Pump and Mixer Repair:
As a manufacturer of pumping and mixing equipment, we are uniquely qualified to understand the cause of failure and properly implement a reliable repair or to simply perform a routine overhaul.

We will also review your application to suggest improvements in such things as mechanical seals or materials of construction.

Our repair facilities feature CNC machining equipment, CWB certified welding, testing facilities for both pumps and mixers and a paint booth to ensure your repaired unit is returned 'good as new'.
